From Route 22:
Take Route 22 to 378 south until expressway ends at the corner of Third and Wyandotte Streets. Turn right into Sayre Mansion driveway.

From I-78:
Take Bethlehem Exit, follow 412 North (turns into 3rd St) Proceed through the intersection of 3rd St. and Wyandotte. Make the first right into Sayre Mansion driveway.
