Our Bethlehem inn is the perfect place for your small meeting or retreat. We're a short drive from Allentown and Easton, Pennsylvania, and Lehigh University and Moravian College, and 10 minutes away from the Lehigh Valley International Airport.
Facility: The Asa Packer Room is 
located on our lower level and can hold up to 30 people for meetings.
Pricing: For a full day meeting the fee is $250 and a - day meeting (up to 5 hours) is $125.
Fee Discounts: With the rental of ten or more overnight guest rooms, we offer a 50% discount from our meeting room rates.
Parties: We offer two packaged gatherings — "just desserts" and wine and cheese — which are perfect for evening meetings or casual business networking. Check out the details and options here.
